Could Marshall be headed to Seattle?

The Denver Post is suggesting this very possibility given the Broncos current needs along the interior offensive line and the Seahawks apparent surplus of linemen to trade. While the Post makes sense, Adam Schefter is reporting that both sides are at a stalemate with the Broncos fixated on the 6th overall pick and the Seahawks not willing to let go of their pick.

If no deal is struck, the big question to ask is whether Marshall will return to Denver and how will that go?

Recent Bronco's moves;

Trade;
With the recent acquisition of quarterback Brady Quinn (traded from Browns for Peyton Hillis and two draft picks) the team parted ways with quarterback Chris Simms. The seven year veteran started just one game for Denver in 2009, but did not perform to par for the club. His release comes as no surprise.

Signings;
The Broncos have been somewhat aggressive on the defensive side of the ball signing former Charger DL Jamal Williams and unrestricted free agent DE Jarvis Green addressing one of the defenses deficiencies down the stretch of the 2009 season. The team re-signed running back J.J. Arrington to a one year deal and also brought back WRBrandon Lloyd.

Notable departures;
Veteran defensive back Ty Law enjoyed only a short stay with the team after he became a free agent earlier this month. Along with Law, defensive end Vonnie Holiday and OL Ben Hamilton were declared free agents.

The team cut starting linebacker Andra Davis (signed with Buffalo) after one season and OL Casey Weigmann was also cut back in February. Both surprising moves, but considering the direction McDaniels is trying to take this team neither figured long-term.
